Vehicle inspection

I need a vehicle inspection for my car. Does anyone know a garage in Costa Calma area that does this and can issue a certificate and do a few repairs. It's an Opel automatic.  We speak English and German. Thanks!

I think you might need an ITV Test, it's called the MOT Test in the UK.  Needed once a car is 4 years old, every 2 years, but once the car is 10 years old, every year.

They have to be done at an official ITV Station. There are several on the island but I think your nearest is on the same estate as IKEA. There is also one on the other side of Puerto, near the new Aldi Store.  

I always get a local garage to check the car over, a pre-ITV check, but as I'm someway away from you, I can't offer advice on a garage.  Hopefully, others in the area will recommend.

I am pretty sure those are the only two on The Island Tom, I have a friend who lives the other side of Morro Hable, asn I know last year he brought his car to El Mattoral.

I had forgotten the one in Antigua, which I think could be a little closer for him as he can avoid coming through Caleta not much in distance but the F2 between Caleta and Matoral can be a nightmare.
