Good morning from Caleta
Yesterday. Again a very nice day the temperatures reached 29c by 13:00 and contrary to the forecast, the wind eased to 15/18Kph for most of the day, it did, however, strengthen slightly around 19:00, In my opinion, we have been fortunate to have the hazy cloud cover we have had for the last 3 or 4 days otherwise the temperatures could have easily been in the 40,s.
Today – At 08:15 current temperature 18c the wind is Northerly 22 kph, and while we still have some very high and light hazy clouds not as much as of late the sky is distinctly bluer.
Forecast - Mixed forecasts today, one says temperatures in the range of 27/29c with a Northerly wind circa 17/20Kph, while another says the temperature range to be 23/25c with a N/Easterly wind 27/29Kph gusting up to 50Kph this evening, personally I am going with the former as it appears to be less hazy than it has been.
The current light Calima is forecast to be with us until midday Friday.
UV is currently – 1 to reach 9/10 by midday.
Pressure – 1023
Air quality – Fair
Humidity – 77%
Cloud Ceiling 12,200 Metres.
Visibility – 16k
Sunset - 20:13

Good morning from a very breezy Caleta
Yesterday. Another warm day, the temperature reached 28c around lunchtime, with a n/Easterly breeze of 15/17Kph for most of the day, however circa 19;00 a large bank of cloud formed over the Eastern Horizon, and the wind increased to 33/35Kph.
Today – At 07:45 The current temperature is 18c wind N/Easterly 33/35Kph and we have 35/38% cloud cover.
Forecast - Again a mixed forecast, but I am going with AccuWeather temperatures in the mid 20,s wind to remain as is but gust up to 40/45Kph.
But to move Northerly and ease somewhat early evening.
UV is currently – 1 to reach 9 by midday.
Pressure – 1020
Air quality – Fair
Humidity – 82%
Cloud Ceiling 9,100 Metres.
Visibility – 16k
Sunset - 20:14.
The Calima has cleared but is forecast to return early on Thursday.

Horrible day, very windy without a break and twice I got drenched in rain in Corralejo. Wrapped up in warm clothes with drinking chocolate now
Good morning from Caleta, yesterday much as forecast, a few rain showers during the morning however IMO here on Fuerteventura Golf the strong winds forecast during the afternoon and evening didn't materialise.
This morning at 7.40am it was 17C. but again felt cooler in the moderate wind, a bank of cloud out to the east blocking the sunrise and a few scattered clouds elsewhere.
