Good morning from Caleta, yesterday much as forecast a pleasant Christmas Day, the wind did pick up early afternoon from the S whilst we were golfing.

               

This morning at 7.45am 12C, a clear sky, as I went up on the roof terrace to take the photos only a light breeze when I came back down 5 minutes later the wind was blowing, there is a lot of condensation.

               

           

Today's Caleta forecast -

FIRSTLY THERE IS A YELLOW WARNING FOR WIND AND DUST FROM 11AM TODAY UNTIL MIDNIGHT TOMORROW.

A sunny day with the shade temperature getting up to 22C at 3pm for 3 hours, UV factor to reach 4 at midday, humidity to average only 41%, cloud ceiling 9100mts, air quality fair until midday then POOR for the rest of the day, visibility is forecast to be 16Km+ but I suspect from midday it could be less due to the dust.

Wind from the WSW at 11 to 20Kmph with gusts up to 43Kmph this morning moving to come from the S this afternoon before moving to come from the NE this evening at speeds easing down during the afternoon and evening starting at 22Kmph down to 7Kmph by 9pm.

Good morning from a very windy Caleta, yesterday much as forecast, the wind increased around lunch time for a few hours and then died down early evening but has certainly picked up again overnight, the dust storm arrived early afternoon.

This morning at 7.45 20C on the thermometer but feels much cooler in the strong wind that is coming from the NE / E, high thin clouds and no condensation.

YELLOW WARNING STILL IN PLACE FOR HIGH WINDS AND DUST

Hazy sunshine, shade temperature high of 21C but feeling like 19C, UV factor to reach 3 at 11am, humidity to average 44%, cloud ceiling 9100mts for most of the day dropping to 5700mts by 7pm, air quality POOR and visibility 16Km+

Wind from the E all day, up to 2pm speeds of 43 to 44Kmph with gusts up to 59Kmph then easing down to 26Kmph by 6pm but still with gusts up to 54Kmph.

Good morning from Caleta where yesterday was windy all day and by 3pm the cloud and dust arrived to block out the sun.

           

This morning at 7.40am 19C, fair amount of high cloud and still windy but not as strong as yesterday.

               

Today's Caleta forecast -

THERE IS STILL A YELLOW WARNING IN PLACE UNTIL 9PM THIS EVENING FOR DUST SO THE AIR QUALITY WILL BE POOR.

A cloudy day in store with the shade temperature getting to 22C at 1pm, the UV factor will only reach 2 today at lunchtime, humidity to average 46%, cloud ceiling varying from 3100mts up to 9100mts, air quality POOR and visibility 16Km.

An early good morning from Caleta, yesterday was better than forecast in so much as the cloud was high and thin that therefore gave us hazy sunshine for most of the day and the wind eased as the day progressed.

                   

This morning at 6.50am 16C, clear starry sky overhead with a bank of cloud to the east over the sea, a light breeze and a lot of condensation.

Today's Caleta forecast -

A cloudy day with a shade temperature of 23C at 1pm for a couple of hours, there is a 5% chnace of a shower of rain early evening, UV factor to reach 3 at midday, humidity to average 57%, cloud ceiling varying from 3200mts to 10200mts, whilst there is no warning for dust the air quality remains POOR, visibility 16Km.

Wind from the N to start at 9Kmph increasing in speed at 13 to 26Kmph moving to come from the NE by 11am and continuing to move clockwise until it comes from the ESE late afternoon when there will be gusts up to 33Kmph.

Good morning from Caleta, it clouded over from about 2.30pm yesterday for 3 hours or so until sunset to me it felt cooler without the sun.

               

                   

This morning at 7.40am I think we have had rain over night as there are puddles on the roof terrace, 15C, a lot of cloud all around, a very light breeze and no condensation.

A mainly cloudy day with a 7% chance of a shower of rain, some sunny periods this afternoon, shade temperature to get up to 23C at 2pm with the UV factor reaching 4 at midday, humidity to average 54%, cloud ceiling starting out at 3200mts rising to 9100m,ts by 11am for the rest of the day, air quality fair and visibility 16Km+
