I need to register a complaint! 🤣
3 times today I've been caught in a heavy shower and got soaked, I didn't see anything about needing a brolly in the forecasts! 🌧️☔

Noticias:

Summer arrives, and with the change of season the anticyclone is placed again on the Azores and pumps the Alisio wind to the Canary Islands. In this way the summers of the archipelago become more bearable and we do not reach the temperatures of the neighboring continent, or those of the rest of Europe. This time it is a moderate wind that will delight lovers of sailing sports.

From this Saturday the wind returns, but it will be felt with greater intensity the days of Tuesday and Wednesday, temperatures will remain stable and the sky will be cloudy and clear, more cloudy and less wind in the mornings and sunnier with more wind in the afternoon.

As for the state of the sea, caution is recommended throughout the island, but especially to the north and west of it. From Monday the force will rise with waves that could reach 3 meters north and west of Fuerteventura on Wednesday and Thursday.

The trade winds bring clouds and rains to the north of Fuerteventura.

The trade winds that began to blow this afternoon on the island of Fuerteventura have brought cloudiness and humidity to the island. Without many changes in temperatures there have been sporadic drizzles especially in the north of the island.

In the center and south the Weather will be sunnier but the mornings will be cloudier and the sky clearer from noon. The forecast is that the wind will be with us throughout the week and clouds and clearings will complement each other.

As for the state of the sea, caution is recommended throughout the island, but especially to the north and west of it. From Monday the force will rise with waves that could reach 3 meters north and west of Fuerteventura on Wednesday and Thursday.

Thanks WMG. I use accuweather on my phone for my location all the time but even that let me down yesterday. It still amazes me how the Weather can be so different on what is a pretty small island! Nice and sunny here at the moment but lots of cloud in sight.

It started to rain around 20:15, eventually came to nothing, but was sufficient to drive us indoors some hour earlier than normal, but I did spot on the forecast a 1% chance of rain, so I will not on this occasion be launching an official complaint Rolleyes Rolleyes
