7.30pm Thunder just started in Tindaya

and now at 8pm, lightning.

now 9pm, lightning has been continuous since 8pm, some quite spectacular. Thunder also ongoing but fairly muted. Dog having hissy fit

now 10.30pm, still distant thunder, loadsa lightning, light shower. Weather radar shows lots of rain moving up from south but mainly staying east of FV.

midnight, all seems a bit closer, wet outside so must have been shower, wind has got up, I'm off to bed, possibly to sleep 

Update 1.30am. Given up on trying to sleep for now as dog very unhappy with continuing thunder and lightning.

2.30am. It's heaving it down outside.

3.15am still raining, quite heavy. Trying bed again .....zzzzz

Yesterday. Up until 19:30 I would have reported yesterday as very much a forecast with the sole exception of it being a tad warmer than forecast, then it started to rain slightly nothing serious and stopped quite quickly at 20;00 the thunder started, and the heavens opened, Tamara in her post has just about said it all, so I will not repeat,

Today.08;00 A gain very calm start, temperature 20c with a Southerly 8/10 Kph wind 8and circa 35/40% cloud cover.

Forecast – A mix of sun and cloud, temperatures in the mid 20, s and the wind to move almost constantly all day but to remain in the range 8/10Kph.
