I got one at the tyre place at the La Oliva fuel station. I took the wheel and they replaced the inner tube for me. I remember thinking it was very cheap considering they did the work but I can't remember offhand how much it was. This was about 4 years ago.

Just tried the tyre place at El Matorral with no joy. Can't be repaired as it is leaking around the valve.
