I wrote to Contact Us because my alerts will not open when clicked on and I did not receive a reply. The problem with my alerts is still there. Is anyone monitoring this site?

Such a shame if it is disappearing. It’s clear there are not many using it, but that could be reversed with a bit of PR and word of mouth. I do find it handy when I want an informed opinion or an answer born of experience, where all other sites seem to be populated by, shall we say, less well informed types who are nevertheless keen to share their opinion/views and prejudices.
