Whole loin of lamb

Does anyone know if and where it is possible to buy the above on the Island, or even a half or a whole lamb? I can butcher it myself, but all the lamb chops you see in the supermarkets are razor thin.

Fresh or frozen? If frozen freezer shop opposite IKEA?

Try the butcher in Antigua. From Triqui, when you get to Antigua - go staright across at the cross road and he is on the left hand side just past the farmacia.

Thanks Classic I have tried him we buy all our Chicken and Pork from him rarely if ever does lamb

Has to be fresh John, while I have no issues refreezing veg, I will not refreeze meat.
