An unidentified woman has been found dead in an area of rocks of the Matorral.
This morning the Canary Islands Emergency Services (SUC) have confirmed the death of an unidentified woman in the Matorral, municipality of Antigua.
At 11:10 the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert informing that they had found the body of a person in an area of rocks on the coast.
Then, 1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources. It was the SUC staff who confirmed the death of an undocumented woman. Firefighters rescued the body of the deceased woman who was in an area of rocks.
The Civil Guard took charge of the body until the arrival of the judicial authority and instructed the corresponding proceedings.
