site huts on the FV413 Caleta to Antigua road

I am just curious - there is a site hut compound that has been built recently along the FV413 road between the Costa de Antigua roundabout and Triquivijate.   Green coloured huts,  with a fence around them and another fenced compound across the road, which is empty.

There seems to be vehicles there all the time.

Is this the start of the preparations for the link road to Pozo Negro?  

Can anyone shed any light on this?

No, but they have been there for a week or more, and that is the general area of where the road is going to be, I am passing there later this morning, I will try to get a closer look.

Drove bast circa 12:45, it looks like a compound of some sort, 3/4 vehicles there and a portaloo has been set up there but no clue as to what it is all about.

I think its a film crew, there was something in one of the Spanish newspapers last week, trying to find it.

The services of lines 111 and 16 of interurban transport are modified due to the development of an audiovisual activity

The Ministry of Transport and Tiadhe communicate that, on the occasion of the closure of the access road to Punta de Jandía by an audiovisual shooting, during the days 27 and 28 of July the line 111 Morro Jable-Cofete-Punta de Jandía will not make the complete line to not be able to reach the areas of El Puertito and Punta de Jandía. On the other hand, if it will reach Cofete.

 

In addition, on the occasion of the closure of the Rotonda de Triquiviaje-Rotonda Nuevo Horizonte road, authorized by the City Council of Antigua, line 16 of interurban transport (Gran Tarajal-Puerto del Rosario) will be modified on August 4 and 5, from 08.00 to 20.00 hours, also due to audiovisual filming.

 

A study carried out by the Ministry of Transport of the Cabildo de Fuerteventura and the concessionaire tiadhe of the different services of the lines of the regular interurban transport of passengers by road of Fuerteventura, determines that on August 4 and 5 the line 16 Gran Tarajal-Puerto del Rosario can be affected in the development of its frequencies with a delay of between 15 and 20 minutes, This would mean consequent delays in frequencies of line 01 Puerto del Rosario – Morro Jable, line 03 Puerto del Rosario – Caleta de Fuste – Las Salinas, line 06 Puerto del Rosario – Corralejo, line 11 Tuineje – La Lajita – Gran Tarajal, line 12 Gran Tarajal – Las Playitas and line 18 Pájara – Gran Tarajal, as they are carried out by the same vehicles that perform different services of line 16.

 

Therefore, and to avoid this number of delays in the different lines indicated, users of line 16 are informed that on August 4 and 5 it will only make the frequencies 05.45 hours Gran Tarajal-Puerto del Rosario and 20.15 hours Puerto del Rosario-Gran Tarajal.

 

That is why it is recommended to use line 01 Morro Jable-Puerto del Rosario until you reach the Puerto del Rosario Station and line 03 Puerto del Rosario-Caleta de Fuste-Las Salinas to move to destinations such as Triquivijate, Caleta de Fuste, Matorral Industrial Zone, Fuerteventura Airport and Fuerteventura Hospital.
