El Cotillo has another supermarket. This time a Spar, which is owned by the Padilla family.



It is located in the new harbour area of the village on the main street (Calle 3 de Abril de 1979) and is next to Olivio Course restaurant. 

It is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 9pm and on Sunday from 9am to 3pm.

It has a fresh meat counter, fresh fruit and vegetables as well as a bakery

Hi. I am arriving in Corralejo 1800 hours Saturday 21st December to spend xmas /new year. As someone who lived on the island before cannot wait!!!
Can someone advise me on the following:
Is there a supermarket open between 1800-2000 hours on the Saturday - and Sunday?
Car Hire- can anyone recommend a car hire for a few days in Corralejo?
Suggestions for a nice place to eat Xmas dinner/new years dinner would also be appreciated.

I want to send the supermarket an email but I'm unable to find an address for them. Their website is very basic and doesn't provide contact details. We were on Facebook when we had a business but now we choose not to use it so it's not an option. Can anyone help please?

The National Police have arrested two 25-year-old men, in Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, after they were found carrying over six kilograms of hashish through the streets in a supermarket bag.

The incident occurred on Boxing Day, December 26th, during a routine Police patrol.
