The Civil Guard has arrested a 20-year-old man without a Police record, for the alleged authorship of a crime of robbery with violence. The Events occurred on Las Palmeras Avenue in the town of Puerto Rico in the municipality of Mogán around 08:50 hours on July 13, when the Civil Guard of Puerto Rico-Mogán was alerted that a woman in an advanced state of pregnancy, had just been the victim of a robbery with violence

A 76-year-old woman died this morning after being hit by a bus in Fuerteventura.

The accident occurred at the bus station in Puerto del Rosario, Primero de Mayo Street.

The Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received several alerts communicating the running over of a person by a bus inside the station.

A 60-year-old woman died from a heart attack yesterday afternoon on Sotavento Beach in Jandía (Fuerteventura).

The Emergency Services Coordination Centre (CECOES) received an alert about the woman at 1:45 pm informing them she had collapsed on the beach from a suspected heart attack.

CECOES immediately activated the necessary emergency resources and sent them to the location given, but the access to the area was too difficult for medical personnel, so a GES helicopter was sent to retrieve
