A 53-year-old motorcyclist has been injured with serious polytrauma this Monday after a collision with a car on the FV-102 road, leaving Caldereta towards Puerto del Rosario, in the municipality of La Oliva.
The Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 112 of the Government of the Canary Islands received at 2:53 p.m. the notice of the accident, which indicated that the driver of the motorcycle required medical assistance.
The Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) sent a medicalized ambulance and another basic life support, while medical and nursing personnel from the Health Center also went to the scene of the incident.
The motorcyclist was stabilized by the medical team and later transferred by medical ambulance to the General Hospital of Fuerteventura.
The Civil Guard instructed the corresponding report.
