Building Maintenance Contractors

For my sins, I am the President of our Community of 16 apartments in El Cotillo.  I need to find a well established contractor to undertake repairs to exterior concrete walls and then repainting.  The building has three floor levels at the front and four floor levels at the rear, so it involves working at heights with difficult access.  Repairs are required to the roof edges, locally they refer to them as the cornice but better known in England as the soffit and ours are concrete. 

This is definitely not a job for Pedro and his mate who happens to have an old ladder knocking about!!  It needs a well established company who can provide evidence of adequate insurance and examples of similar work as getting the Community to agree to the costs is not going to be easy!

Anybody have any recommendations?

Hi Tom,
not sure if my builder can help as I know he is busy. 
Always recommended and as you know refurbished my bungalow in 6 weeks with frequently 5 or 6 guys on site. 
He only speaks Spanish, but if you email him his wife she will translate English for him.
