Decorator for community building

I need a decorating contractor for a community building (16 apartments over 2 floors). Needs to be a contracting company rather than a single man business. Involves working at height as the back of the property is 4 stories high. Scaffolding or scissor lift or equivalent needed. Also involves some repairs to masonry. Estimated cost c.15,000euro.

We thought we had found a contractor but having awarded them the contract, the reply was 'we have a backlog of work, 6 to 9 month waiting list and we will need to revise the price once we are ready to start'.

So, looking for any alternative contractors based in the North of the island please. Any companies you know and trust, please recommend.
