Atlantic Gardens apartment complex in Corralejo is due to reopen to tourists on 12th July.
Avenida restaurant is reopening on 15th July according to the note in their window:
Driving down Corralejo main street on Weds I saw that several of the shops at the upper end had reopened, mainly tourist tat or hire cars.
In the middle section several of the large clothes shops have reopened but the HiperDino on the main street remains closed.
Down towards the Hoplaco roundabout a couple of tourist type shops are open and a couple of street cafes, Citrus for example. From that roundabout down further into town there are many street cafes open and that part of the street seems almost normal.
Rocasa is open.
Post Office is still on reduced hours, M-F and closing at 12.30. One in, one out, queued for over an hour to get in to post a parcel. Came out at 12.10 and there were still around 20 people in the queue. Very hot on the sanitary stuff . Virtually nothing on sale in shop, ie no stationery items, just the cardboard postage boxes. People in Q were very friendly - we took it in turns to go off and do other stuff and our places were kept for us
Ferry to Lobos (as opposed to zodiacs) started again on 1st July - more in Lobos thread.
The boutique hotel and restaurant at town beach, name escapes me, think it begins with R, is only catering for staying guests, no casual bookings being taken.
La Luna café/restaurant has reopened with well spaced out tables. I heard somewhere that Dunas Club, of which it is a part, is due to reopen very shortly.
Mas que Nada café has spaced their tables out and has been open for some weeks now - a useful loo stop in the middle of town and their coffee is great! Don't seem to be doing the full range of food but perhaps just a bad day when I called in for coffee.
Difficult to use the one remaining loo in the health centre (upstairs) as you are only meant to go in the building if you have an appointment. I've become very adept at reusing my paper hand towel to unlock and open doors, then bin it and use my elbow on the light switch! I also make sure I have plenty of small notes and change with me and if I don't want to pay by card I leave the correct amount so I don't have to accept change.
Lots more traffic in Corralejo, had to search out parking spaces again Lots of hire cars about!

Why am I not surprised? Spanish practices and all that.
Quote:976 CANARY ISLANDS COMPANIES INVESTIGATED FOR ERTE FRAUD DURING STATE OF ALARM
2020/07/06 20:47:08 Written by Canarian Weekly Business
The inspectors of the Ministry of Labour are concentrating on specific cases in which hiring of staff has been detected after the state of alarm was declared.
The labour inspectorate is investigating nearly a thousand Canarian companies for possible cases of fraud with temporary employment regulation (ERTE) files during the coronavirus pandemic.
According to information provided by the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security, the inspectors are focusing their efforts on cases in which suspicious movements of workers have been detected, specifically in 976 businesses that are in the Islands under the magnifying glass of state officials, out of a total of more than 26,000 across the country.
However, the number of cases will surely increase from now on, since these investigations began in May and it takes a few weeks to complete the analysis of each case.
ERTEs are being fundamental for the survival of tens of thousands of companies throughout Spain, to avoid hundreds of thousands of layoffs, even more so in the Archipelago, by far the hardest hit Autonomous Community by the halt in tourism, which represents around 40% of its GDP.
Around 30,000 businesses have benefited from ERTE in the Canary Islands since March 14th, when the national alarm started, the vast majority due to force majeure. This type of ERTE, which the Ministry of Labour created ad hoc to prevent the collapse of the national productive fabric, entails exemptions and/or bonuses in the payments of companies to Social Security, in addition to a series of benefits for the affected employees.
This is the reason that the inspectors are investigating, above all, cases of entities that have enjoyed, or are enjoying, these exemptions or bonuses in social contributions and that, paradoxically, discharged workers after the state of alarm had been decreed. In short, fictitious workers to benefit more from the ERTE.
Of the 976 inspection reports, a total of 660 were made to companies in the province of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, against 316 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Thus, practically seven out of ten suspected cases of fraud with ERTE, have occurred in businesses in Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
It should be noted, however, that in the eastern islands of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, there are more companies than in La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro, in other words: this apparent imbalance does not necessarily imply that the fraud is greater in the productive fabric of the province of Las Palmas, not at least in relative terms.

I know one is, The Flip Flop Cafe which is the closest one as you park, but they if I remember are only open 12-18;00 and not at allon Fridays, the other is more authentic Spanish, but not sure if it is open. having said that there are many places on The Island i would visit before there.
