Ship them back to where they came from and not in to Europe maybe..
I'm from Sweden so I have first hand information about what happens if we let this continue..

And no, after I have seen what it have done to my country I am not willing to help. My countrys (Sweden) population is now made out of 20% of people that are not born here. And we've had a long history of high immigration numbers, so the amount of people that have roots in other countries are far more than 20%.. I mean.. come and have a look.. the amount of bombings here is like it is in Afghanistan.. (and no, I am not joking)

Plenty of our forum members are migrants who moved to Fuerteventura from different countries. I hope there's no day in the future when they will be send back to their country of origin. [/quote] Agreed, Sam my wife and I to name two out of thousands

To make out that brits (or whatever) purchasing real estate in the canaries to live there when they are retired is the same as economic migrants from north Africa is... let's say an unfair comparison. I guess it would be a different attitude if they all stayed on the canaries, but as we can read they are shipped off to mainland Spain. It's always easy to have a big heart and say "of course they should be let in" when you don't even have to live near them or deal with the consequences. I did not want this to turn in to a debate really, I just posted what I thought should be done about the situation to stop them from coming.
