Certificado de Viaje - Update and changes to be aware of

Quick update for anyone in a similar position. Went into the Ayuntamiento in Caleta and explained our position to the helpful lady there. She confirmed that we needed the relevant certificate for travel - I showed her the requirement on my flight booking confirmation - and she quickly ran off a copy for each of us……exactly the same form as I’d downloaded and printed myself, the ‘Certificado de Residencia’! Reading the blurb on this document it does, in the small print, confirm my right to concessionary prices and discounts for travel between the Canary Islands and to the mainland. We can only cross fingers and trust it does the job!
