I have the contract the solicitor set up so should have all the account details.
Thank you.

So far we haven't used their app, we have been using their website. Register, if you are not already, and have a chat with one of the operators, should you need any assistance; usually they are helpful and we found the website user friendly.

I can view mine online but still get a paper one through the post, normally several weeks after the payment taken! If endesa have your email address they will send you advice that new bill is available to view online.
I don't have an App, just logged in through their website.

You need your contract number to set up the app, your solicitor will have it. Ask for a copy of the contract. One you can use the app, request bills by email.

Best of luck

Tom.

I use both the website and the App and have in the last few days successfully changed our tariff online, we get our bill online , for the last year haven't been getting notifications but that was my fault as I hadn't changed my email details, again now done that ok and your email address becomes your username.

I get as far as having to enter a mobile phone number to receive a code via text in client set up only for it to offer me a country prefix of, from memory, Spain, Germany and Portugal ? Anyway no option of a UK prefix, any ideas ? This is the website not the app.

So I have now downloaded the app which does have the UK code but no text message received despite trying several times.

Had the same issue, Jason, but with an Irish number. Switched to a Spanish one and had a text a few minutes later. I think they are over-estimating their ability to send international texts!

If you contact them on support tomorrow, they might be able to push one through for you manually? I had to contact them to get my email confirmation code (two steps on from where you are now, I think) and while it was a bit of a pain, I did get there in the end.

I'm pretty sure they will only respond to a Spanish number.
