Can't understand why the DISA at Playa Blanca is different - I believe it is 1.028

The petrol prices have been the same for weeks now. For the previous 15 years they went up or down every week.

I usually fill up at the garage beside IKEA on my way back to the airport. Keep forgetting to check the prices for the new one AT the airport. I assumed it would be dearer with them hoping to make a bit extra on the rental returns. Will have to check next time 🙂🙂

I have generally found this one at the roundabout at the airport cheaper than the others in Caleta.

Yes, it was 1.028 yesterday. Not sure why, though. Possibly due to being on a dual carriage way makes the tax or rent being a tad different 🤔

Or because it's the last petrol station on the way from the North to the airport. I know there's one more garage (CEPSA) on the roundabout at the airport but tourists usually forget about it and fill the tank at Disa in Playa Blanca instead.

But up until very recently it has always been the same as El Matorral

When it first opened it surprised me by being cheaper than the rest but I thought that now it was generally on a par - not that I venture into the airport much to be able to check.

On our way back up North today, the DISA station near Tarajalejo was selling 95 octane at 1.059.
Must be wealthier people down south....... Wink
