What would you expect to pay a gardener on an hourly basis in Fuerteventura?

Thank you for the replies.  We are employing a gardener and we supply all the tools and pay him 10 euros an hour.  It's sounds like we are paying him the going rate.

I have had gardeners on several occasions, for tougher jobs I can't do.

I would say 10 € an hour is about right. Depending on the job & how fast your gardener works!

A good chap works hard & fast & takes away your debris is definitely worth his 10€  Smile Smile Smile

Hi everyone,

Could anyone advice about the average cost of trimming/prunning the palm tree (not crazy high one)?

We have read somewhere about something like 20 eur, but a couple of companies we asked have said it is 40 eur. On a plus side they will take leaves with them, but still sounds a bit too high, considering the job will likely take less than an hour.
Maybe it is because they are companies? If you have any good contacts for Corralejo, please share, feel free to PM.

Thanks!

For corralejo I would use jardineria Nelson, contact details are online if you search. Palm pruning is not cheap cos they need to be licensed and treat all cuts with special anti bug stuff.
