Does anyone know how long does it take for accumulated savings to appear in IKEA family card account? We made some purchases back in December'21 and still showing 0.00e accumulated
 all is in pending status.

You get the credit at the end of the month following the month you made the purchase, so, buy on January 10th gets you a credit voucher at the end of February. The vouchers are time limited. I can't remember how long, but it might be as short as a few months. It isn't long!!!
Back in the days when we only visited the island 4 or 5 times per year (due to having to earn a living back in the UK) almost all our vouchers expired before we were back here to spend them!! Tom.

Thank you. We made a several purchases in December, so it should have been there already. I guess we will have to contact them to check.

Do you have the app on your phone? You should see your credit vouchers there.
