Old IKEA store

Anyone know what is happening with this?
It has been re-painted light blue and today there was a white van outside - I'm guessing working on the interior.
I did see an Asian looking gentleman entering the store a couple of weeks ago.

Hi Ian, they are taking their time they were working on it before we left both inside and out.

Saw the white van parking by the entrance yesterday evening but no indication as to what kind of shop it will be.

I looked in through the window the other day (where the brown paper had slipped) and it looks as if it's being sub-divided inside as I could see wooden partitions.

Into really tiny sections. Possibly a (handcraft) market again?

Going of the pictures it looks like the individual sections could be for bathrooms
So maybe a bathroom showroom?

Yeah Si Tie. I kinda thought it could be something like that, or a room layout display. Could it be the Edem store from up the road relocating to a smaller premises ??

They've constructed a porch on the entrance with a pitched roof.

There are green tiles on the pitched roof now.  It looks a bit unusual.

Unusual is an understatement. I have no idea what the store is going to be but Jill reckons that entrance looks like a wendy house. It is HORRIBLE as it stands at the moment.
