I am having the same problem. the phone number on the website just gets cut off with an automated message in Spanish.
Getting concerned.

Has anybody stayed here this year? Tried earlier this year to book 3 weeks in Sept but couldn't get e response to my inquiries. Did get an answer to one of my phone calls and was told that there had been a problem with emails but they would all be answered soon. Never happened. Finished up in Charco del Palo on Lanzarote instead.
