Observation Wheel in Gran Tarajal

Not sure if anyone's aware of the wheel in Gran Tarajal. The entry is €7 and we somehow managed to get in, free of charge. We had a lunch at Mamá Gastro Adventure, located at the seafront and have been told we can take the restaurant's receipt and use it to have a free spin on the wheel. Took it to the wheel and had a free ride for all of us. Not sure about the rules nor how many restaurants are participating just thought it might help.

Not an expert but it doesn't look like a permanent feature. Would love to be wrong on this one and hope if not in GT, the wheel stays on the island.

Thanks Captain, wasn't able to find the T&C's. 5 euro is less than the price of the ticket itself, this looks like a great initiative by the GT city council.

I hope not - it is on the small car park on the sea front which is useful if you can ever get on.
