Pajara - vandalism of Christmas decorations
#1
Radio Sintonia:

The City Council of Pájara calls for collaboration in the face of vandalism in Christmas lighting.

The City Council of Pájara asks for neighborhood collaboration to maintain the care of the Christmas decorations installed for this year's festivities, because there have been some acts that have deteriorated part of the lighting.

The mayor of Pájara, Pedro Armas, points out that "the municipality has positioned itself as an example on the island for Christmas decoration and lighting, so it is essential that the population takes care of this material and facilities so that we continue to be recognized as one of the most attractive areas in Fuerteventura during these dates. "

"We have made a titanic effort to have a leading decoration on the island and, among all, we must take care of it," says the mayor.

In the same way, the Councilor for Services, José Díaz, highlights the work of municipal operators in the Christmas preparations of Pájara and asks citizens to contact the Administration in case of identifying any act of vandalism that spoils the decoration.
"During the weekend there have been incidents in Christmas lighting in different areas of the municipality, as well as in public lighting, and from the day of the ignition there were incidents in La Lajita and Morro Jable," explains the councilor.
