Revolut - possibly the best card to use in Fuerteventura

A question, for a couple of weeks now i have been loading £s, exchanging to Euros sometimes with auto exchange (fantastic feature) then making payment to Sabadell to slowly build the fund for my property purchase.
When making the payment to Sabadell i have to wait for a code to be sent by text from Revolut, which i input, at this point, every time, it seems the payment has not been made, the screen seems to lock, i have left it for a while to see if it makes any difference but it never rights itself. In the end i close the app and re-open it, then when i go back into my accounts i find the payment has been sent.
Any one experienced similar, this is always on my iphone 7. It doesn't fill me with confidence but the Money does seem to find itself with Sabadell a couple of hours later.

just sent 10 euros - no code, so think you have solved the problem.

still playing up! payment screen frozen when i go back in, had to turn the phone on and off, well at least the Money turns up in the correct account.

My retired sister in law splits her time between England and Spain.  She transfers Money
quite regularly.  Talking to her last night she told me about a company she uses called
Travelwise I down loaded the app and compared rates with Revolut.

Where did 1.14 come from? Have been getting high 1.16 low 1.17 over last couple of weeks?
Does she transfer from Sterling to Euros first on Revolut before making the transfer?
She might need to make sure the payment is from the Euros wallet not the Sterling wallet when comparing rates.

Giving 1.1724 on Revolut just now. Don’t think it’s been as low as 1.14 for a while.
I have just set up a standing order to transfer from my U.K. current account at the beginning of each month so I can set up a targeted rate transfer on Revolut

Also, never heard of Travelwise before. Could you link to their website, please?

I use TransferWise a great service IMHO, Money in our Spanish a/c within 2 minutes, at 8pm tonight 1.1683 net of fees - £2000 = 2336.67€

We used to use UK Forex now OFX but it took longer to reach our Spanish a/c, same deal £2000 = 2329€ = 1.1645
