I seem to remember the Notary's fee was as much, if not more than, the lawyer's.

We were advised to have one Uk and one Spanish will. May try Fuerteventura Law (had a similar experience to Tamara with one of the other firms). Does anyone have any updates or other firms they have used more recently? TIA

We have been quoted €250 for each will by Fuerteventura Law. Is that the going rate? And if married, do you need separate wills - I am guessing so!

We did ours 5/6 years ago, used a notary cost 50€ each we got copies and they sent a copy to Madrid I then sent acopy to my solicitor in the Uk { who is also a very good friend } to checkit over, and he failed to find a fault with it.

Thanks John. Stronger Together reckon they can do it a little cheaper. And since we have no assets in the UK (apart from my pension which can have a beneficiary anyway) probably only need the Spanish one.
