More than 5,000 people have enjoyed the return of the Summer Sound Festival of Gran Tarajal.

The municipality of Tuineje celebrates its great success in this new edition of the Summer Sound Festival in Gran Tarajal. This Saturday has taken place the return of the post-pandemic summer festival. A festival through which more than 5,000 people have passed during the 8 hours of music.

 

With the arrival of good Weather and the desire to party, the Summer Sound Festival became one of the most anticipated Events of this 2022, not only bringing together all the inhabitants of the municipality of Tuineje, but also from different parts of the Canary archipelago, causing an absolute full house in terms of tourist occupation.

"We are very happy with the result of this year's Summer Sound Festival, without a doubt the mix of concert and beach is something that works. It is not only a festival but also an event that contributes to the commercial and economic mobilization, which has been reflected, without a doubt, in the full capacity that has been given this year within our municipality" said the mayor, Esther Hernández.

This year the town of Gran Tarajal has been able to enjoy one of its most important festivals, which has begun with the performances of artists from the island, such as DJ Naupe, Saylen, Kilian Viera, Juacko and the group Mejor con Copas, which gave way to the performances of the artists who were headliners this year: Bombai and Funambulista. All these performances accompanied by animation, by the hand of DJ Ricardo Araujo, to make this festival something memorable on a day in which the Weather has been favorable.

Some performances that did not leave anyone indifferent and that had the ability to gather thousands of people on the beach of Gran Tarajal.
The Councilor for Celebrations, Mayka Marrero, has emphasized "thank all the people who have come this Saturday to enjoy our festival. A festival that we have made from this department with a lot of effort and dedication to make it possible". In addition, he added that "invite everyone to continue enjoying this Youth Week that has not yet ended and that there are still several activities to be carried out, as well as our expected Summer Carnival, we are waiting for you".
