The Island Action Plan against Volcanic Risk (PAIV) establishes the planning of the set of actions, the responsibility of the Island Council of Tenerife, which will allow an orderly and effective response to a volcanic emergency on the island.

The PAIV is prepared to comply with the provisions of the Special Plan for Civil Protection and Emergency Attention due to Volcanic Risk in the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands (PEVOLCA). The PEVOLCA in its annex II defines the scope and content of the Island Action Plan.

It corresponds to the PAIV, in coordination with other levels of the Administration and especially with the municipalities, the treatment of fundamental aspects in the management of the volcanic emergency such as the evacuation and shelter of the population; information to the public about the evolution of the volcanic hazard and in relation to the protection measures to be adopted; or the rehabilitation of the affected essential services.

The PAIV begins its processing, which will conclude with its approval by the Commission for Civil Protection and Emergency Attention of the Canary Islands. Consequently, the published document is not final and may undergo changes.

Just a minute later, another Earthquake of the same magnitude took place and in the same location, specifically in the Enmedio volcano. This time, located about 9 kilometers deep.

The thing about having new earthquakes past several days when they check, for a time that did not pass, and is that some notable ones have appeared such as these three, one in Fuerteventura, another in El Hierro and another in Tenerife.

And the truth is that if we combine the main earthquakes of these last few days, we see an alignment, the Iron, Volcano de Enmedio, fuerteventura on one side and the other from the palm, Tenerife and Volcano Enmedio, comes out a shear indicating tensions or regional efforts in the N-S direction, (see graphic) the system restarts past the new moon and announces something, possibly more swarms in Tenerife, a peak of seismicity in the Palma or El Iron, or even a slightly stronger Earthquake by the archipelago in the area of the Enmedio Volcano, or in the Fuerteventura-Gran Canaria channel, not discarding something in the Lanzarote area.

Earthquake IN THE PALM: Follow some grim earthquakes in the area of the eruption, indicating the cooling of the area and the entry of underground water into the old lava conduit 1.2 km, while the other branch is heading towards port Naos at 5.5 km, disturbing, and with its explanation thanks to the study I put out a few days ago, which indicated that in that area there is an aborted arm that does not reach the surface and that is there it is noticeable.

In short, we continue that it's not enough for us. Tenerife continues to rank with swarm and reactivate slowly and Palma stopping, but it doesn't stop. Ironically it moves quite a lot, as does other places. And the regional efforts are quite important and affect the archipelago more than we thought, the last 3.4 is a sample.
