Midday wave party update, I think it has been a better morning than forecast, wind not as strong as predicted, currently 26C in the shade 😎😎

Quite a dull start to the day and it only got worse!

Very strong cold wind and by lunchtime the sun had given up any pretence at shining. Sunset apparently came and went without notice, it just went from dull to dark.

Feeling quite bereft as my windsock had to come down this afternoon for a few days while the builder works on that section of wall.

A very dull afternoon and evening and up on the roof terrace it was windy.

                       

This morning at 5.47am whilst out trying to see the International Space Station, which we didn't spot due to the bank of cloud to the east and south east, it was clear and starry overhead, a light breeze, 13C and some condensation on the car.

Today's Caleta forecast -

A mainly cloudy day with the chance of rain this morning and afternoon, it will be partly sunny this evening, shade temperature to get up to 22C at 2pm with the UV factor reaching 8 between 11am and 3pm when sun does appear.

Wind from the N first thing this morning at 15 to 22 Kmph moving NE from 11am for the rest of the day increasing at 28Kmph with gusts up to 32 Kmph

Cloudy all day, with one rain shower this afternoon which was just enough to wet the outside floor tiles.

Mainly cloud, frequent showers which started at 4am, still the odd one this evening. Very strong cold wind.

Looking at Tamara's photos Tindaya certainly had a better day than us here in Caleta, it was cloud all day although the wind didn't appear as strong as forecast, temperature did get up to 26C with a couple of light showers between 4 & 6pm

               

This morning at 6.37 there was some cloud but we were able to watch the ISS cross over us from  the SW to the NE a great 4 minutes viewing. A light breeze 13C and no condensation

Today's Caleta forecast -

A nice mix of sun and cloud all day, a 5% chance of a shower,  shade temperature getting up to 22C from 2pm to 4pmand the UV factor reaching an EXTREME HIGH of 11 at 1pm

Wind from the N all day at 24 to 32 Kmph with gusts up to 35 Kmph late afternoon early evening.

A cool day even when the sun managed to break through the clouds, brisk chilly breeze. Several very brief showers.

A wee bit later this morning, yesterday was more cloud than sun and breezy, we didn't have any showers.

               

               

This morning at 7.50 nice clear sky overhead but cloud to west behind the hills and out over the sea, 13C, a very light breeze and no condensation.

A partly sunny morning with the cloud increasing from midday to give 90% cloud cover by 7pm, shade temperature to get up to 22C at 3pm with the UV factor reaching an EXTREME HIGH of 11 at 1pm.

Wind from the NNW this morning at 13 to 22 Kmph moving N this afternoon increasing at 24 to 28 Kmph with gusts up to 30 Kmph.
