Definite haze from the Calima in the valley of Tarajalejo. Sun is out with not a cloud in the sky, but air quality and visibilty is poor. 

It'll be a warm day today. Currently 17 and wind 20km/h from NE.

Low and high cloud about during the morning, with the sun breaking through.  As it's an E wind there is a slight calima (hotter air coming from Africa which reduces visibility).  26 degrees at midday.

Visibility reduced further. Wind turbines in my photo post #18 hardly visible and temp on local Weather station now (16:00) at 24c, whilst Aemet are showing the airport live at only 19deg!!

Not so much a problem at Betancuria earlier, today, visibilty much better over that side. Wind predominantly now Easterly moving towards SE. 18km/h.

Calima sat website predicts high particle level for next 4 days.

Much warmer today with the East and South winds. Poor visibility. Sun disappeared into the calima rather than setting.
