Noticias:
A white blanket covers the center of Lanzarote.
Spectacular images of the Fire Mountains or La Geria completely covered with hail.
Stunning images of the island of Lanzarote covered in a white blanket after a strong hailstorm and multiple downpours fell on the island. The atmospheric depression at high levels is causing rainfall and phenomena such as hail in the easternmost ones.
In this sense the Aemet reports that the storm that affects Lanzarote from this noon, with hail, rain and thunder is at its highest peak, at 14:00 p.m., and from now on and for two or three more hours it will continue to rain, but the intensity and amount of water will gradually decrease.
Lanzarote has experienced what is the largest hailstorm of the last 50 years, affecting practically the entire north-central slope, with points of greater intensity in Tinajo, Masdache, Teguise, Los Valles, Timanfaya and part of the municipality of Haría.

and meanwhile in Lajares:
The water arrives from the north to Fuerteventura.
The storm that left spectacular images of the island of Lanzarote dyed white begins to move towards Fuerteventura and at this time water begins to fall through Lajares.
The forecasts of the AEMET do not contemplate torrential rains, but caution is recommended during the next few hours on the island.
Tamara: in Tindaya the sky looked very black this afternoon and I estimate we had 3 drops of rain [/size" />
