AEMET wind warning for Fuerte is 70 k/ph , some of the westerly islands are on 90k/ph. It's got worse on West Coast here, I reckon we could be gusting at 90.
Abandoned dog walk this morning as soon as out of the lee of the garden wall trouble staying on feet, not worth the risk

Well the Calima has come in again this afternoon as Captain has mentioned -

The visibility deteriorated further at 5pm but by 6.40pm it had improved.

                          

We had a shower of rain about 3am but it had dried up by 4am, not looking forward to the cleanup 🤣🤣

   

This morning at 7.40 17C but feels much cooler, full grey cloud cover, a moderate wind no condensation.

                           

Today's forecast -

The yellow warning for dust and wind ends at 9am.

A cloudy day with a 100% chance of rain this morning and a 90% this afternoon, shade temperature to only get up to 18C with the UV Factor reaching only 1, air quality poor.

Wind generally a South Easterly direction all day at 19 to 26 kmph with gusts up to 39 kmph at lunch time.

What a disgusting day! I've never known full on calima and rain together, and so cold!
Apparently the wind is due to resume circa 70 k/ph tomorrow and continue weds and thurs, oh joy!

Travelling N from Caleta at the roundabout as you turn right to Costa Antigua the dust had reduced visibility so much you couldn't see the DISA garage by IKEA  

                   

Before we retired to bed we had a number of heavy rain showers and I think it has rained during the night.

This morning at 7.50am a cool 14C, full grey cloud cover with a strong breeze.

A mainly cloudy day with a chance of rain, shade temperature up to 19C this afternoon and the UV Factor will reach possibly 4 late morning, air quality is poor.

Wind is from the SE all day at 26 to 30 kmph with gusts up to 44 kmph, easing late afternoon down to 20to 22 kmph.
