Sorry Guys missed the fact that John had left us.

Today started with 100% cloud cover and little wind but the temperature was still mid 20,s by 10:00cloud cleared by 13:00and it is now 28C with a N/Easterly wind of 10/15KPH it is forecast to loud over again by around 19:30.

Calata, yesterday late afternoon early evening turned out better than expected it was still 30C at 18:30, although the wind picked up and bt 19:00  was circa 30/35 KPH, however, it did not cloud over until 20:30, when the temperature dropped quite quickly it was don to 21C by 21:00

Today 08:00 100% cloud cover, although high and light temperature 22 C.

Forecast a mainly cloudy day with a N/Easterly wind averaging 20/30 KPH, temperatures in the low to mid 20,s.

Forecast for Friday is similar, with a 5/10% chance of rain through the day increasing to 20/30% for the evening

It has developed into a far better day than forecast most of the cloud was clearing when we left Caleta at 11:00, lunched in La Playitas where there was a cloudless sky and temperatures circa 30C, now back in Caleta, temperature 29C not a cloud to be seen, but the wind is as forecast 20/25 KPH

Caleta, yesterday late afternoon and evening weres very pleasant, the temperature reached 31C around 16:00, and until cloud started to build circa 19:30 stayed in the high 20,s

This morning 07:30, again total cloud cover, but unlike yesterday there are the odd very small patches of blue sky scattered around.

The forecast is for a mainly cloudy day, with temperatures in the mid 20,s and a northerly wind of 30/35 KPH and a 40/50% chance of rain this evening

Despite the gloomy forecast, it has turned out to be a really beautiful day, drove to Antigua early morning to take a friend to the airport, where there was mist over the mountains and a hint of rain in the air, returned to Caleta around 10:00 and it was not greatly improved, however by 13:.30 the clouds had mostly cleared, we have about 15% cloud but it is high and light the temperature is hovering around 30 C, and the wind has reduced to circa 12/15 KPH.
The forecast for tomorrow and Sunday is similar to today,s, let us hope that is equally as wrong

Caleta, yesterday was a very strange day as previously reported it developed into a really beautiful afternoon, then at around  17:00 the wind picked up and by 17;30 the cloud started to build and by 18:30 Caleta was under 100% cloud cover, there was still blue sky looking at Los Salinas and further  south, it, however, remained quite muggy and the temperature was still 22 C at 23:45.

Today 07:00 again a grey cloudy start temperature 21  c wind Northerly 15/20 Kph.

Forecast:- to remain cloudy until early afternoon when the clouds will start to clear the best part of the day forecast as from 18:00 onwards. Wind to remain as is, with temperatures in the mid to high 20,s.

Caleta. yesterday very much followed the pattern of Friday, the cloud cleared earlier than forecast by 13:0 apart from a bank of cloud on The Eastern Horizon and some over the mountains the sky was cloudless, temperatures reached 30C mid afternoon, the only difference was the wind increased and was circa 35/40 KOH from around 14:0 onwards and as it did  Friday it started to cloud over again at 19:15.

Today 07:30 ioo% cloud cover temperature 20C with a N/Easterly wind approaching 40 KPH. the forecast is the same as yesterday and Friday with the exception of the wind which is forecast to be up to 45 KPH cloud to start to clear early afternoon, the best part of the day 15:00-19:00 temperatures in the mid to high 20,s
