Clean energy production (or not on FV!)
Noticias:
Fuerteventura at the tail end of clean energy production.
While in the whole of the state renewables produce more than 62% of the demand, in the Canary Islands it barely reaches 20% and Fuerteventura is not expected.

Internet provider, not fibre.
If everything works out, we might be moving from El Cotillo to La Olivia in the not too distant future. Unfortunately our new home is not on the fibre network and doesn't even have a copper cable for a phone line. I'm currently on 1Gb/1Gb fibre with Movistar, so I'm going to feel a real lack of connectivity!!
I know using mobile data is a bit hit and miss as it depends on how strong the signal is at your location. There, we are fortunate as there is a massive phone mast installation right

A Not So Funny Story About My Car

After over 40 days of waiting for parts my car has been repaired by JLR in Las Palmas and I am going over to pick it up tomorrow.
My Range Rover on Feb 21st gave me an engine malfunction message as we were driving to PDR, got back to the villa ok but had to get Land Rover Assist to pick it up and take to Pelican the JLR dealer in Las Palmas. It turned out that a rodent had built a nest using body work insulation material under the engine cover and chewed through a multicore cable and fuel pipe

The Government is considering not subsidizing fuel for tourists
The possibility of subsidizing fuel in Fuerteventura and Lanzarote has the handicap of being visited by many tourists that should be taken out of the equation.

Teeveeing not working
Anyone using teeveeing.com, the successor to tvmucho?
Screen went black this afternoon, just get a black page on browser or app. However, if I use VPN to connect to UK, France, Germany or Portugal, it all works fine. However, without VPN, nothing!
Thinking it may have been blocked by Movistar or by Spain. Welcome any feedback from any other users please.
Tom.

I am just wondering what the rules are if you book a massage, are you nude or leave undies on. Just don’t want to look a fool. Lol
