Hello there - I have an apartment to sell and was wondering if it's worthwhile trying to sell privately? Any suggestions on websites etc. that might do the job?

Does anyone know of any shops, on any of the islands, with mail order so must have a website, that sell computer components. I know Electron do in PDR, of course, but they are very limited in what they sell (and their website is never uptodate).

I have only bought from a dealer so haven't had to get involved so far.
I have heard it is a hassle and easier to use a gestor to sort it.

Do we need to give notice to cancel the insurance specifically or can we just cancel the yearly bank debit?
Do we need to notify the Ayuntamiento and/or Trafico or anyone else and if so how?
