Range Rover Hire On The Island

Can you hire any big cars like a range rover vogue or range rover sport on the island?
If so can someone send some details or recommend a company?

Sixt (at the airport), don't do Range Rover but they do a few SUV's. They have BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar and VW Tiguan, amongst other quality motors. Oh, and Jeep, I think.

They do both cars on request, printscreens attached. CiCar is also one of the best car hire companies in the whole Canary Archipelago. Great people, used them many times, never had any issue, no matter what island. Update: Another one is www.cabreramedina.com Range Rover Evoque - €918 Range Rover Sport - €1,284 Rates at both companies for 21 days hire, 20th March - 10th April 2020.

Thank you for the replies. I managed to find the above website. I wasn’t sure if it was a con or not as they seemed quite cheap to hire.

I'm not sure if that's only due to reduced VAT or there's more benefits in running this kind of business on the islands. Thanks to own VAT policies, the fuel is a bit cheaper too. 😉 🚙⛽

I obviously find this thread interesting as I have my UK RRS over here for the winter.
You don't see many new model Land Rovers on Fuerteventura mainly Evoques and the odd RRS and I have never seen a LR model in the hire car parking areas, so whether they would bring one in from one of the other islands I am not sure.

That's what I would expect John, they have just a few of the cars and move them from one island to another if someone makes a booking.
The Rovers for Angelina Jolie and the rest of the Eternals crew were probably hired the same way - from other island/s.
