Yes Milestone, I've read all the posts, and links (thanks for all your input). I just felt the 100% of newly reported infections being HCP really crystallised the dreadful situation the HCPs are in. My heart goes out to every one of them.

We second that Tamara, a dreadful situation indeed and hopefully they will be appreciated more in the future, we had a situation a few years back where we had some superb service from a particular Nurse and asked our doctor for an address where I could write and inform her superiors of this, and the only way to do it was via a complaints form, which after lots of crossings out and adaptions I handed back to them some weeks later I got a reply of sorts which ended with the statement once again we are sorry and hope that in the future the service we provide is of a higher standard, it is sad there is only a document for complaints, I still wonder if anybody read what I had written or just issued the standard reply.
