Air Conditioning and also Building work near Holiday Rentals

Morning,

Just wondering if anyone has a recommendations for Air con fitting 5 rooms had 1 quote for around 10k which I thought was a  bit pricey but what do I know. thanks in advance .I have seen old post just wondered if anyone recently had similar . 

On a separate issue if you was renting out your place and there is building work within area say 500-700 metres of  your plots would you have to reduce rates because of that ? do you think renters would complain ?  .It doesn't really bother me but maybe I am used to it. 

Just asking as thought some of you guys must have experience with that.I can put as separate post if I am being painful thanks

They work for Endesa, as well. Never used them for A/C installations though.
