My online bill came today for the two weeks up to 31 May.

I presume that this is because of the new charges that were introduced by the Government from 1st June.

Thanks Captain, that's really useful info. I'll have to investigate and see if they have changed my tariff. I've been on one that gave cheap rates at different times, may have to alter my timers, and habits! We have had a lot of blurb from Endesa recently but I didn't bother reading/translating  as I thought it was just 'sales' junk, that'll teach me 😢

I used the online contact system through Endesa Clients and asked if my rate had changed - it was very easy to use their system and without thinking I wrote in English. 

I have received a reply after about 48 hours to say that my Nocturna Plan had not changed, not to worry!  Thumbs Up

Endesa sent me an online bill today and also debited my bank account.

It's unusual as it only covers the first week in June.

It makes interesting reading as it shows a pie chart for useage on the new tariffs.

I used 41 kwh - 27% at the high rate (2.33€), 24% at the medium rate (1.17€) and 49% at the cheap rate (1.56€).

That's strange, that the cheap rate is a higher tariff than the medium one!

Further to my previous post Re Holaluz, we have still not received a bill for May, usually by now we would have paid June, but nothing whatsoever,  very strange.

Sorry for the confusion - the amounts in Euros that I put are the ones that I was charged for using. So 1.56€ was the amont I was charge at the cheap rate.
