Sorry I have no recommendations, but cost is specific to each individual depending on age, if any pre existing conditions  exist etc etc.  For some companies I am too old to be insured !!!

Who ever you use ensure you read the smallprint, back in the day I used BUPA for my senior staff, one of them who had been with me for 8/10 years had a slight stroke, nothing serious, but they discovered he had been born with a heart defect and refused to treat him, did I get a refund???????????????

You may want to check with your bank, sometimes they have decent offers. Otherwise you may want to ask Mapfre or an agent of Liberty Seguros for a quote. I used Atlantic Insurance Brokers in Corralejo, but not for health insurance though.
