Heating in winter required or not?

In the North of Fuerteventura either near shore or inland I'd recommend some sort of heater in the main space you stay during evenings/mornings, the feel can be really cold inside because of high moisture, even when temperature says 20 C inside and especially when it's cloudy outside (=often) during December up to April.
