Jail and internment for three of the four arrested for the death of a young man in Corralejo
Two have been admitted to the prison of Lanzarote and another, a minor, has been transferred to the center of Valle Tabares in Tenerife.
A judge has decreed on Tuesday the entry into prison and a juvenile center for three of the four arrested for the fatal stabbing of a young Dane in Corralejo, as reported by the Civil Guard.
For two alleged perpetrators of the stabbing, the entry into the prison of Tahíche, in Lanzarote, and for a third person, a minor, the admission to the center of Valle de Tabares, in Tenerife, the armed institute has specified in a statement.
The mayor of La Oliva, Isaí Blanco, considered this Monday at a press conference that Events like this can happen anywhere in Fuerteventura because it is "abandoned" by the State in terms of citizen security.
Those arrested on this occasion are four people between 17 and 31 years of age, residents of Fuerteventura, who are accused of a crime of homicide and assault on two victims of Danish nationality, one of them deceased, and another, a relative of the previous one and 20 years old, injured with a less serious prognosis.
The armed institute detailed this Monday in a statement that the violent fight in which the two victims and the four detainees were involved took place in the early hours of December 27 on Avenida del Carmen de Corralejo, a well-known leisure area of the tourist town in the north of Fuerteventura.
The agents at the scene carried out a raid that made it possible to locate, still alive, the 25-year-old Danish national who later died at the Corralejo health center due to the severity of the injuries he suffered, as well as a 20-year-old relative of his, who had fled with less serious injuries caused by blunt objects.
The social alarm created by this event forced the homicide team of the Judicial Police of Las Palmas to travel to Fuerteventura, which participated in the special device deployed to locate and arrest the alleged perpetrators, given their dangerousness, highlights the note from the Civil Guard.
