The provisional list of beneficiaries of rental aid in Puerto del Rosario has been published
Persons pending to correct or provide the required documentation have a non-extendable period of 10 days from the day following publication in the Official Gazette of Las Palmas.
The City Council of Puerto del Rosario, through the Department of Housing, has released the provisional list of applications for the Call for Rental Aid corresponding to the year 2024. The document, approved by the Local Government Board held on Friday, October 11, and published in the Official Gazette of the province of Las Palmas on Friday, October 18, can be found for consultation on the notice board of the municipal electronic headquarters, www.puertodelrosario.org, and includes the accepted applications, those that are pending documentation, applications submitted after the deadline, as well as those withdrawn.
David de Vera, mayor of Puerto del Rosario, said that the council remains committed to improving the quality of life of its citizens. "Housing is a fundamental right, and from the City Council we continue to work so that no one in our municipality is helpless. This call is further proof of our effort to ensure that every person has a safe and dignified home," said the mayor.
For her part, the Councilor for Housing, Toñi Fdez. Aragón, highlighted the importance of these grants for the residents of Puerto del Rosario, stressing that "these subsidies are an essential support for many families who are going through economic difficulties, especially at a time when access to housing has become increasingly complicated".
According to provisional data, more than 500 applications have been submitted. Applicants, pending to provide or correct the required documentation, have a non-extendable period of ten working days, from the day following publication in the Official Gazette of Las Palmas, which will take place in the next few days. The presentation of the new documentation can be done through the electronic headquarters or in person at the Citizen Service Office of the City of Puerto del Rosario. Once this period has ended and the allegations have been reviewed, the final resolution will be published on the Notice Board and on the City Council's website.
