Hi, not exactly on subject but a
Ryanair post.
Just had the email from
Ryanair telling me my flight of 2nd
April has been cancelled.
Trying to access the weblink does not work - i expected this! It says not available, maybe due to volume of traffic?
As i have a return flight i suspect at the moment only the outbound leg has been cancelled. So reluctant to do anything until the return leg is cancelled 10 days later.
Social media is full of angry customers, i don't want to be one of them and would be happy to take a credit and use another day, after all we all have an interest in keeping the airlines afloat.
I have no issues with poor customer service, i expect it. I am suspicious the system will make it difficult to obtain a refund anyway.
But many will want refunds now as they may not believe the airlines will survive or need the
Money.
Thoughts or recent experiences anyone?
