Hi all,
anyone know if Maria is still in the Sabadell in the Atlantico? We need a few things arranged, and would like to contact her, or her English-speaking replacement if possible. We sent her an email, but got no reply.
Does anyone know if she's still there, or have an email address for whomever might have replaced her (if someone has)? We can call into the branch, but we thought that under the current conditions, it would be better to at least email ahead in advance.

Thanks, gang— as it turned out, Martina replied to our email sent to Maria's old address shortly after I posted this.
I guess she has taken over the position. It was good to have heard of her beforehand so we didn't have to worry. Everything is being arranged now, and as you all said, she has been very helpful. Thanks again!

That's a bummer! They are getting fewer and fewer, I still mourn the loss of the one at Nortysur in Puerto.

Am I being cynical? but you have to assume that they pay a security company to fill these remote ATM,s and that costs
Money.

That's unfortunate— much preferred using that to the one which is outside, unobserved, and much easier to tamper with!
Never feel safe using those machines that are left to their own devices 24/7 when someone could have put a skimmer on it so easily after business hours when there's nobody to see. Good to know so I won't be looking for it, though, so thank you.
