– Nightlife: 100% outdoors and 75% indoors, with tables of 12 people and closing at 4:00am.
– Hospitality, bars, and restaurants: 100% capacity outdoors and 75% indoors, with tables of 12 people and closing time at 4:00am.
- Practice of non-federated physical and sports activity outdoors and in sports centres and gyms: 100% capacity outdoors and 75% indoors and in groups of a maximum of 12 people.
– Attendance at federated sports at a regional or island level, outdoors or indoors, and non-federated sports outdoors: 100% public capacity outdoors and 75% public capacity indoors.

If i am reading this correctly, the alert level remains as is, but the rules within this are eased?  does any one then know what difference there is between the new level 3, and the current level 2? I am assuming they have moved the goal posts in level 2 as well? or am I being cynical?

Relaxation of rules also starts from Monday 7th March:

Hospitality will go back to 100%(indoor and outdoor), as can all cultural venues and sports activities.

Closing time is set at 4am. Dancing is still prohibited.
Maximum group size is 12 people.

Mass Events will still require authorisation and have details of staff and clients recorded.

After today's review by the Canarian Government, Fuerteventura drops down to Level 2 alert from tomorrow.

Since the relaxation of restrictions last week, it doesn't really make much change.

Monday 14th March 2020 marks two years since the State of Emergency was declared in all of Spain. The lockdown officially came into force at midnight on the 14th, eg the first minute of the 15th, but in Cotillo, the Civil Gardia started enforcing lockdown from around 9pm on the Saturday evening.  The following morning, Civil Guard, Police and soldiers started patrolling Streets and you needed a very good reason to be out of your home, 9r else.

That first day I needed to get petrol in Corralejo (the tank was almost empty), I was stopped FIVE times (3 times by the same soldier, who was actually embarrassed the third time he stopped me!).

Ah, yes, I remember it well.

Totally agree Can, but I honestly believe the alert level have become outdated and farcical, as The Captain, said they moved the goalposts within level 3 last week so moving down a level is virtually irrelevant.
