Volcanic activity in Canary Islands 2021
The volcano never ceases to amaze ... TORNADOS appear

t has been captured by MediaRook in one of its incursions, land or air, in search of images of the volcano and its affected areas, as part of the public service work that it has been carrying out for many weeks to keep the palm society informed, especially to the affected or damaged neighbors.

The volcano has generated a small TORNADO at the base of its immense cone visible from kilometers away and with a powerful speed in the wind that has risen from the base of the lava flows to the clouds or volcanic plume.

The conditions of high temperatures generated by the lava in the atmosphere of the Aridane Valley and changing meteorology in the area have led to the creation of this tornado made up of ash and dust in the Las Manchas area, according to the author of the video.

This new image adds to those that this volcano has already generated with lightning, bombs, shock waves and explosions up to 600 meters high.

A banana greenhouse collapses in the rain and ash; the farmers ran away
Category: Agro PalmeroCreated on Monday, November 15, 2021

It happened in the area of Charco Verde, between Puerto Naos and El Remo, right in the coastal area to which the Navy is transporting farmers from the Aridane Valley by sea to irrigate or tend their banana farms semi-isolated by the volcano. The fall of rain, after the accumulation of ash on the upper canvas, caused the entire structure of a greenhouse to collapse when the harvesters were next to it.

The video sent to the ElTime.es editorial staff by one of them shows how the sound of the greenhouse iron breaking alerted the operators, who saw from afar how the installation gradually gave way from one of its sides. The crash was closing in on them when they had to run.

There was a lot of rain falling at the time it happened, as shown in the images. The greenhouse buried the farm that was below with the irons of the structure completely bent.

Surprised farmers were cautious after what happened while exclaiming: "We must be careful, we will be aware"

The authorities have shown their concern about the incidence of the rain that is expected this week in the infrastructures already affected by the ash fall that has accumulated in many areas without being able to be removed.

You can see the video of the moment of the crash here:

15/11/2021 20:30h Canary Islands. - ERUPTION OF LA PALMA  ISLAND. - DAY 58. - NEW LAVA ARM IN THE CENTRE-NORTH AND LOT OF LAVA ACTIVITY IN THE FAJANA. -. HEAVY PIROCLASTIC ACTIVITY PUSHES, FREATOMAGMATIC EXPLOSIONS AND LOTS OF ASH EMISSIONS WITH RAYS AND ALL. -

This activity with stronger pulse and so much ash and thinner that comes out with so much strength and speed that it causes lightning has its explanation, and it is the lowering of the pressure of the duct system. This lower pressure is allowing the magma thermal seals to fail that prevent with vapor from the pressurized water that is entering the system and now when lowering the pressure deep is entering the conduit, what is it ta entered, men's chestnuts know see in the sismogram.

Ash reaches the entire Aridane valley falling abundantly and not just there, at the Gomera station the amount of PM10 ash continues to rise above 220 micrograms per cubic meter and making things like this harder.

But the volcano continues to lose seismic energy,, it continues to lose pressure in general as it reflects tremor and deformation, and this is causing a major change, water entry into the drainage system and clear, increases the amount of water vapor and its explosiveness during the strong pulse. I again miss the data of the inclinometers, they would shed quite light on what happens, because when the pressure is very low, in the nearby areas about emission the inclinometer bounces with rises shortly before the eruptive pulse, to back down. Such a shame.

As for the coladas, in the middle of the whole field of coladas, I have to highlight a new arm north that I have called colada 15E and that is heading to the area between the colada 9C and 9A, and that seems well fed from the headboard and that all indicating that in the next few days it will be raining on the south side of flow 9C.

In the Fajana area, we have 3 active tickets:

1- The first in the central zone or colada 15B, which does not progress much lately in the area of the Playa de los Guirres and south of the old delta. This may be because it has reached the edge of the coastal platform and the new material falls into deeper areas.

2. - The second of an arm we had for an overflow in the north that rode the mountain of Todoque a couple of days ago north of detail or wash 15C that when falling down the cliff it turns 90 degrees and goes to the area of the beach del lost by the edge of the cliff until entering the ocean and seems to stop without support of new material.

Still editing the post (Enrique)

ERUPTION OF LA PALMA ISLAND. - DAY 59. - THE UNDERGROUND WATER IS ENTERING TO LOW PRESSURE IN THE VOLCANIC SYSTEM AND THIS RESPONSES WITH MORE EXPLOSIVITY AND ASSH. - GLISSING SIGNAL AND SPASMODIC TREMOR IN THE GOMERA. - That the volcano goes less, does not mean it is less dangerous, it is more resisting with nails and teeth to stop. There is actually a disturbing sign in the Gomera sensor that I have to study more. now i tell you.

The reason is very clear, when lowering the pressure of the magmatic duct system to 500- 1000 meters deep, the underground water that did not enter the pipes due to its excessive pressure, when lowering this, if it enters and generates that the magma accepts more v apor and water and clear, that's fuel for magma, it's like pouring water into burning oil, it makes it much more dangerous and explosive.
Ash rises to 3000m and the latest estimated average data of SO2 is 3250 tons per day, deformation keeps or slightly rises. The seismic energy rate continues to drop to 60 MWh today and has released less than 200 in the last 3 days far from 1000MWh per day of maximum activity or 500 MWh per day of recount a few days ago.

In the Gomera sensor there are disturbing signs from a few days ago, the surprising thing is that in the Palma one they don't appear. In the spectrum of the Gomera between 9 and 10 in the morning that I have put you can clearly see several distant spasmodic tremors, I do not know where they are, because in the Palma sensor I do not see them and in the rest neither, but they are almost certainly from the Palma. The 9:21am Earthquake has not been located so I can't know anymore. In addition to that noise indicating a depressurization of fluids, you can see several horizontal lines of volcanic gliding book with several harmonics that surprises me because it is only recorded at that station. I'm definitely missing data, but that's caused by a small contribution of magma, which is moving and pressurized.
