10.40am  cloud has cleared and it nice and sunny 32C in direct sun

Today has not been a bad day late afternoon the cloud returned quite heavy over the hills to the N & W 

                     

I am off to Lanzarote on the 8am ferry in the morning so a quick early post of Thursdays Caleta forecast - a nice sunny day with a temperature of 21C between 1pm and 5pm, wind from the ESE most of the day with speeds of 5 to 8mph so a relatively calm day.

Tindaya - Wednesday

Blooming cold! A nice bright start but heavy grey cloud moved in and stayed all day.

Tindaya - Thursday

A much better day! Bright clear sunshine with a light SE breeze, nice temperature for walking/garden work. Hot in sheltered spots.

Good morning from Caleta, yesterday was as forecast a great day and the sun shone all day where we were - Corralejo, Lanzarote or back in Caleta from 3pm

                           

                     

This morning at 7.30 12C, a clear sky overhead haze / cloud out to east as no colour in the sunrise, heavy condensation and not a breath of wind.

                     

Todays Caleta forecast - a nice sunny day temperature to reach 24C at 4pm with a UV factor of up to 5 from 11am to 2pm, humidity averaging 45% today and the great visibility of 16km+  Wind from NNW this morning at 4mph increasing to 11mph by 11am then moving SE / S this afternoon and easing to 2mph from the NE by 6pm

Much as forecast and it has got warmer as the day has gone on but it is very hazy with a Calima, currently 27C in the sun

Tindaya - Friday

Very strong, hot, dry SE winds laden with dust all day - calima - air tasted foul, very poor visibility, loads of insects arrived on the wind. Nice and warm/hot but not a pleasant day to be outside especially for anyone with breathing problems/asthma etc.

Morning from Caleta where at 7am it was 12C not a breath of wind clear but Calima hazy sky and no condensation.


Sorry no photos from yesterday was out for an excellent celebration lunch at Amici Oasi, can highly recommend it. 

Todays Caleta forecast - Hazy sunshine with temperatures reaching 24C at 4pm everything else much as yesterday, wind from WNW this morning moving generally SE from mid-day with speeds of 5 to 8 mph all day.

Tindaya - Saturday

The morning started very windy, from the South and East, but it had eased by lunchtime. Air quality still very poor as was the visibility. Very warm/hot all day.
